The Woodlands, TX: Alicia Heiskell purchased GATE Premier Solutions, LLC from GATE Energy on August 1, 2017. GATE Premier Solutions, LLC will now operate as GPS International, LLC (GPS) and has retained all administrative staff associated with the operations in The Woodlands location. Alicia Heiskell has lead the company since 2009 and will continue as President. “This is an amazing opportunity to be able to purchase a company like GPS during a downturn. I am excited about our future and what can be accomplished.”
